How Can painful Lumps On The Lower Back Be Treated?

25 year old with 20 or more movable lumps in lower back with extreme back pain and 3 in back of neck. Has had excruciating back pain for years. Other than that, perfect health and weight. NP will not do MRI and just gives muscle relaxers and sends to physical therapy which does not help.

So many lumps means they could be multiple lipomas. It eventually causes pain. Best is to get them surgically excised and then biopsy. Lipoma is a universal tumor.
